Club Mission

The Refugee Health Alliance at Penn is a student group at the University of Pennsylvania that acts as a chapter of the Refugee Health Alliance(RHA). RHA is partnered with the UCLA School of Medicine and works to help refugees at our southern border attain the medical care they require. They are partnered with multiple clinics in the Tijuana area of Mexico and manage/provide medical care to many DACA, refugee, and low-income communities as they enter America.

Our student group will work to maintain the front end and back end of the organizations EMR system while also collecting data for future research opportunities (IRB/HIPPA compliance needed).

In addition, we will connect RHA to partners that can donate drugs like insulin, rocefin, acetametophine, etc for use at these clinics.
