Student Planning Association (SPA)

The Student Planning Association (SPA) is the University of Pennsylvania’s official Planning Student Organization (PSO) and a pre-professional student group registered with the American Planning Association (APA). SPA fosters an inclusive, interdisciplinary community for students interested in planning and urban affairs across the Weitzman School of Design and the University of Pennsylvania. Through professional development, shared resources, and open dialogue, SPA supports learning, collaboration, and critical engagement with planning practice, policy, and equity.
