Club Mission

DREAM is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth services organization that brings high-quality mentoring, adventure, and out-of-school enrichment programs to at-promise youth. Our participants receive quality, no-cost activities that deliver enduring, positive relationships and experiences. Currently, we operate throughout Vermont, Boston, and Philadelphia.

DREAM at Penn is a chapter of Penn students passionate about closing the opportunity gap for low-income households through mentorship. Being a DREAM mentor is a special opportunity to become a long-term safe space in a young person's life and to work alongside a passionate team of peers. We support the development of powerful mentoring relationships with the "Village Mentoring" model, which includes one-on-one and team mentoring.
