Undergraduate Assembly (UA) requires an application process to join the club. You can subscribe to this club to get notified when applications open and close. This club typically recruits its members during fall semester.
Undergraduate Assembly (UA) provides the following information on how to get involved with the club:
Class of 2030:
Welcome to Penn! If you're interested in joining the UA as an elected member, stay tuned to the Penn Student Government website and the NEC's General Election page for updates about election deadlines and information sessions. If you do not want to be an elected member, keep reading to learn about how you can still get involved.
2026 New Student/Transfer Student Election Timeline:
Information regarding Class Board and Undergraduate Assembly elections for the Fall 2026 semester will be released beginning of the academic year. Any questions, comments, or concerns should be directed to elections@penn-nec.org.
Entire Penn Community
The UA is open to the public so that all Penn students can attend our General Body Meetings every Sunday at 8 p.m. in Huntsman Hall. The full schedule of dates, times, and locations will be published once the year begins. If you would like to be more involved, you can run for an elected position or apply to be an associate member.
The application to be an Associate Member will be up beginning of the Fall semester. If you are interested in applying to be an Associate Member, please fill out this form.
If you have any specific questions, please reach out to our Speaker, Rafaa Bukhary, at speaker@pennua.org.
