USABE strives to create a welcoming, diverse and inclusive community among engineers through underrepresented student advocacy. This entails connecting, empowering, and amplifying the underrepresented voices throughout SEAS. In doing so, we aim to:

<li style="text-align: start;">Facilitate meaningful, actionable discourse around the collective experiences of our underrepresented engineers through surveys and town halls.</li>
<li>Provide useful resources and programming centered around academic, personal, and professional development.</li>
<li>Present our findings to the Dean of Engineering and Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI) to express student sentiments and create opportunities for administration to further support the needs of underrepresented students and better promote diversity and inclusivity throughout SEAS.&nbsp;</li>
