The Wharton Undergraduate Data Analytics Club enables Penn undergraduates to develop a passion for analytics and gives these analytically inclined students a community of like-minded individuals. We provide support for careers and skills development for students interested in working with data, as well as those who are interested in learning how to apply data analysis to business problems in their respective industries.
WUDAC is open to all undergraduates. We host events throughout the semester that are open to everyone. There are also four ways to enhance your involvement with the club that encourage member ownership and autonomy.
1) Apply for Analytics 101 or Analytics 201: In Fall 2024, we will be accepting applications for our two workshops: 101 and 201.&nbsp;
Analytics 101: an introductory program to break into data science, covering topics in exploratory data analysis, probability/statistics, data pre-processing and visualization, and machine learning and deep learning methods. WUDAC Education committee members will teach students the fundamentals, via programming examples and conceptual explanations.
Analytics 201: work in teams to analyze and build models for an organization. Seasoned WUDAC members will guide students by providing structured lectures on data analytics concepts &amp; tools and lending support on projects.
Analytics 101 will not be followed with an interview, and Analytics 201 will have one round of interviews.
2) Join committees: In Fall 2024, we will be accepting applications for our Events (organizes club-wide socials, and Education committees. Applications will be followed by one round of interviews. 
3) Apply for the Executive Board: Members who have great event attendance and are on committees have the best chance of joining the Executive Board. This semester, we have the following open roles: VP of Marketing. To apply for this, fill out the google form below:

Non-Application Opportunities
<ul>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Speaker Series: Listen to senior analytics leaders teach students about their positions, experience, and views on the field. Past speakers have included data scientists, Penn/Wharton professors, and corporate heads of analytics.</li>
<li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Corporate Recruiting Events: WUDAC connects companies with students interested in data science, statistics, and related fields.&nbsp;</li>
