Club Meeting

Join us for our first club meeting of the year on Zoom! We will start planning our activism and other club activities for the semester, such as postering, tabling, Thanksgiving campaign, Penn dining campaign, social media, fundraising, and social events. All Penn students are welcome. If desired, we will start off with some Q&A for new and transitioning vegans to get support from veteran vegans. 

ASAP envisions a world free from speciesism and the exploitation of human and non-human animals. ASAP is a national organization with dozens of chapters at universities across the US. The ASAP chapter at the University of Pennsylvania is an academic society researching and promoting discourse around plant-based diets. Our key areas of inquiry and expertise are animal welfare and animal rights, environmental stewardship, bioethics, and human health. We foster community and engage in respectful and educational activism through group dinners, conferences, and tabling events, and more.
