<p>Women In Trading at Penn is a student group at the University of Pennsylvania, and the first female student group <span style="color: rgb(74,74,74); background-color: rgb(255,255,255); font-size: 16px; font-family: Inter, sans-serif;">across U.S. colleges</span> to provide a community for women in the trading industry. Our goal is to (1) foster and provide support for a diverse community of women interested in trading, (2) raise awareness of gender diversity in the ever-growing trading industry, (3) help like-minded women at Penn  build long-term connections and friendships.</p>
